Here is the recipe (added for you Jenny)
1 package of Dry yeast
1 tsp. sugar
1 1/4 cups warm water
3 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp salt

Mix the yeast and water until yeast is dissolved; add sugar. Add salt and flour and knead for 3-5 minutes. place in a greased bowl. Cover and let rise until double in size.

Sauce:
1 can tomato sauce (8oz.)
1 can tomato paste (6oz.)

Mix the sauce. Grease 2 jelly roll pans and spread 1/2 the crust dough on each pan. Let this raise for 10 minutes on the pans. Spread the sauce on each one; sprinkle lightly with salt, pepper and oregano. Sprinkle browned hamburger, sausage (or both)and pepporonis. You can also put mushrooms, olives or whatever else. Bake in the oven on 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Than add grated cheese and bake until cheese is melted!

(Or you can cheat, like I did a couple times, by just using the pizza crust in the can and ragu pizza sauce!)

I can't believe summer is almost over and school will be starting in just a few weeks! What are some quick and easy meals that you guys like to make during the school year? or anytime for that matter!
